We are a family business who help people find their dream home in Cyprus by providing a stress free one to one personal service from the first contact with our clients through to the purchase of their dream home in the sun.
Following the purchase of our own home in Cyprus we recognised the potential of marketing Cyprus property in the UK and decided to set about identifying suitable quality developers who we would represent as agents.
We registered the business in November 2003 and we now work with seven quality developers with a portfolio of over 2,500 properties in choice locations across Cyprus.

Buying property in Cyprus is a straightforward procedure with low tax implications. All properties are freehold; the leasehold system is virtually unknown. Acquiring permission to own property as a foreign national is a mere formality through the Council of Ministers. The legal system is largely based on the British equivalent, safeguarding the purchaser’s rights.
Through personal experience we have identified the additional stress some clients feel by the introduction of inspection trips, and therefore have chosen to provide an alternative in offering a very attractive cash back deal.
